A loop pump (1) for pumping liquid, i.e. a pump comprising a pipe (3) or the like embodied in a number of turns/loops, said pipe being rotated by a drive source to introduce alternately air and liquid into an inlet (4) and pumping the liquid to a drawing place by way of a conduit (6) or the like rotatably connected with the pipe. The drive source consists of a means, e.g. a propeller (8), absorbing the flow energy of the liquid. A floating body (10) gives the pump the desired floatability on the liquid and the pump comprises means (11) for anchoring it relative to the surroundings of the flowing liquid.

Claim
1. An annular pump for pumping liquid, comprising a working element mounted for rotation and made in the form of a pipe twisted into spiral coils, at the ends of which there is an inlet and an outlet section connected by a rotation unit to the supply pipe, and a drive in the form of vanes turbines, characterized in that, in order to simplify the installation of the pump, improve reliability and reduce cost, the pump is equipped with a float.

3. The pump according to claim 1 or 2, with the fact that the float is installed behind the actuator in the direction of fluid flow.

5. The pump according to one of p. 1-3, characterized in that the float is made in the form of a conical drum.

6. The pump according to one of paragraphs 1-5. characterized in that it is provided with means for installation on the anchor.
